DOWN THE SINK???

might just be a slow fermentor, sometimes happens esp with honey, sounds like u have it covered, so just be patient wait a week(best practice anyway), and never bin a brew unless it tastes well off- if too sweet can always blend it with a dry one

How long has it been fermenting, and what was the OG? What yeast are you using?

Best to exercise patience. I don't usually do a gravity check for at least a week. Assuming there is activity in the airlock and krausen etc, I'd assume everything is fine :thumb:

If you really fear it's packing up too soon, rouse the fermenter by giving it a good shake, but you really don't want to be playing around with it too much. Them yeasts know what they're doing

it has been in 2 weeks tomorrow night, and i used nottingham yeast OG about 1055. i got my dme from worchester hop shop ive heard bad things looking back is it worth tryindry beer enzyme????

cheers

Giving it a good mix was a good idea. Leave it a few days to see if its helped.
