My first attempt at an all grain brew BIAB is now up & running. Just ~12L litres of a simple stout. Maris Otter, flaked barley, roasted barley, an ounce of hops (half Admiral, half Bramling Cross as that's what I had) grain steeped for a couple of hours then boiled for half an hour with the hops on the cooker. Birds in the garden are now happily munching on the spent grain. I need to wait a bit longer.
