Final ABV??

In order to work out the final ABV do you need to take (and keep) a reading when you start?

Or can you just use the hydrometer to work it out at the end?

You need to take the Original Gravity reading at the start and the Final Gravity reading at the end. This tells you how much sugar has been converted to alcohol :thumb:
