Not to hijack the thread, but would there be any reason i should use demijohns and not my fermzilla for my first cider?

Long term, you want to find a way to replace your CO2 with compressed air for testing / cleaning. I'm lucky and have an air compressor, but i bet you could also use a bike pump too. Save you loads of CO2 going forward.
You can get a 5l garden sprayer from Wilkos (https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-water-sprayer-5l/p/0338924), cut the spray head off and stick a carbonation cap disconnect on it. Great for both pressure testing and also filling with star-san and forcing through kegs etc. I use one to do all the prep and then use CO2 to finally push the steriliser out and purge before storing.

I've got two of those, I keep one filled with sanitizer (chemsan) and the other I use for cleaner (sodium percarbonate) and fresh water for flushing. Also by using a jumper made by connecting 2 plastic kegland carbonating caps back-to-back with a piece of beer line hose, they can be used for cleaning and sanitizing your beer lines regularly !
