Can anyone with the standard Fermzilla 30l fermenter confirm if it is possible to do an O2 free transfer with the addition of a gas in and liquid out posts.
I don't want to ferment under pressure just transfer under a closed system??
Thanks.

I have the 27ltr with a jar at the bottom but same lid and you can do closed transfer. As you say, gas on gas post, transfer line on liquid post and keg liquid post, and I use a sounding valve on the keg gas post to control flow. Obviously make sure the keg is fully purged of air/oxygen or there is no point. Also make sure the transfer line is purged too...I just purge it from the keg.

Unfortunately the new one comes with a different lid that you can't put the valves on.
Looks like I need to go for the all rounder.
I attacked the insulation in the brew feidge with the multi tool and have shaved it back so I should be able to get the all rounder in.
Any recommendations for the cheapest place.
