Just noticed Brew Keg Tap are selling their old stock of V2 Fermzillas for £55 or £95 with pressure kit and spunding valve.

As a very happy Fermzilla user, I'm going to wait for the Tri-clamp versions to come out. Naked Keg are getting the tri-clamp lids in with the hop bongs.

Use lube, don't over tighten and you'll be happy. Pretty much rules for life actually.

Can someone confirm exactly what you get if you add the carb cap options? I’m assuming it’s more than just the 2 carb caps for an extra £40 - does it come with a different lid insert?

I have a couple of the Kegland carb caps hanging around so if that’s all I need to use it as a proper pressure fermenter than I’ll order one ASAP

EDIT - looks like the pressure kit is the spunding AND the carb caps for the extra £40, and you have to get them both (can’t just get the carb caps) - website playing silly boys on my phone. Already have a spunding because I have a gen 1 Fermentasaurus so it looks like I don’t actually need to order anything else.

Mine arrived yesterday teatime, put it together while watching tv last night.

I have been using a gen1 Fermentasaurus so it’s a replacement for that. Looking forward to the larger dump valve/jar
