I have had my beer in the garage for 48 hours (it started at 1070ish and should end up at 1015ish) and whilst it had a really big head and lots of activity for the first day, its now looking a lot flatter and is at 1044. The temp outside in the garage is 15c and this probably too cold so Ive bought inside where it is more like 20c. Will this be OK to get the beer fermented out or do you reckon I will need to do something to get it moving again?
