Hello Forum I got a quick question,
How long is it ok to keep my batch of Ale in the FV after fermentation is complete and I have a stable SG?
Should i also keep the heater going inside the FV to keep temp at 70-75°F or let it cool during this time ?
I will be bottling but i was hoping to leave it in the FV for about a month to condition as this month is a busy one
for me and i want to deal with it after xmas.
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated,
