How did you manage to keep yourself from drinking em for that long? Mine were gone before the end of the second week of em being ready.

How did you manage to keep yourself from drinking em for that long? Mine were gone before the end of the second week of em being ready.

It's great since I upgraded "Broomhead Brewery" I now brew 9-10 gallon batches dependant on the strength, the size of my mash tun restricts me to 9kg of grist in 20L of water!

I've got 2 wine fermenters and split the brew, most of the time I ferment with different yeasts in each fermenter to see what difference the yeast makes to the taste!
