It might be interesting to see what a different judge makes of it, assuming it is a different judge.

Early March. So plenty of time for carbonation.

I’ve wondered about that. If you make an IPA with American hops but fermented it with a lager yeast you could enter it at least twice.

Still got a couple of weeks so might be OK.

(I've got a sodastream as a last resort, would that work or would it cause a kitchen issue )

I'm sure the soda stream idea will be fine.
In fact, I'm so certain if it that you should video the process and share it with us so we can all see how well it went and confirm nothing at all went wrong
