hey everyone. im brewing tomorrow and am thinking i would like to come up with something very pale like hpa colour and a similar strength of 4%.
i understand that hpa has a fair bit of wheat, i do have wheat but never used it so is there anything i should know about using it in the recipe? will it be any more difficult to clear than normal?
i fancy it being a tad hoppyer than hap but not over powering. i have in stock pearl, challenger, cascade and fuggles,
maybe a bit of dry hoping?
:)
and recipe suggestions tried and tested??

well you could use pilsener malt say around 4 kg and around 500g of wheat and use Irish moss to help clear , i brew wheat beers and even they clear sometimes even with 60% wheat .
