Hi,

Used to do all grain home brewing about 10 years ago and then stopped for one reason and another. So now I'm started working my way back into it, grabbed the basic fermenter/bottling gear and a Cooper Family Secret kit and stuck that on. Bottled that on Thursday so fingers crossed :)

Now I'm just trying to get a shopping list together to get back into an all-grain brew. 10 years ago it was a standard dual element plastic combined HLT/BK and a picnic cooler mashtun. It's nice to see that that sort of equipment is around, but also the nerd in me is happy to see you can get a load tech with it even for a home setup.

Hi and welcome to the forum...
The diversity for home brewing is fantastic at present and can only increase as does cost but that goes without saying and it is equipment and the range of it.

Quite, just need to keep reminding myself of my budget :)

Going to mark myself down as a nerd, but I did spend 30 minutes watching a comparison video of the different disconnect types So many choices for every bit of equipment.
