Evening.... I guess it all started in the 70's, watching Dad with his Tom Caxton kits. In to the 80's... coming home from school at lunch time, sharing out some of Dad's beer with my friends... by the 90's, brewing my own kits. Studied a bit of chemistry... worked in a place making brewing sugars. By the 2000s, sporadic brewing, as the wife isn't keen on the space and mess. Here we are in the roaring 20's - I have a room now with all mod-cons... and the will.
I love a Suffolk beer. An Adnams' replica is my dream. I'm working my way through a couple of St Peter's kits, laying some stock for Christmas.
I do like my St Peter's kits... but very much wondering if I can get to a next level - and what it's going to take?
