Set and forget, every time for me!

30psi for 30hrs does the trick for me. I also chill the beer down first so the CO2 goes into solution better.

40psi for 24 hrs then down to 12psi

2Bar. Turn off. Go back later, back up to 2 bar. Repeat over a few days. So set and forget without the regret (or leaks).

Set and forget works best for me. I did try a force carb last week by setting to 40psi and rocking the keg, it was drinkable a couple of hours later but much better last night after leaving for a week at 12psi

Set and forget. I dont want to drink a beer the same day it was kegged or even the same week. Even a hoppy IPA is best left for about 2 weeks before drinking.

I'd imagine it depends a lot on what set up folks have?
I'm only on two taps so need to get them up and running.
I'd imagine if I had four taps the set and forget would be more tempting.

That looks the part. I plan on painting mine black as well. I have a tall larder so I can get 4 Taps plus room to condition a couple of kegs
