Enolmatic bottle filler nozzle - how does it work

Does anyone know how the Enolmatic bottle filler nozzle works?
I'm trying to get my head around why it seems to stop when the bottle is full.
Can anybody tell me? is there like a diaphram/valve inside the nozzle?

I've watched numerous videos.
But none show how the flow is stopped.

At a guess i would say as the wine enters the overflow tube it shuts a valve to stop the flow.
