I could be tempted by this. Need to do a brew for my Homebrew club’s August challenge but I think one of the other beers I have lined up could be perfect for this.

Entirely optional apparently so it's at your discretion.

I wouldn't normally use that base malt (Crisp is my default) but I'll probably use it as I don't think it will be a big contributor to the final beer and it makes sense to use it up.

Fortunately (for me at least) I was already planning a recipe using Strata that seems appropriate for this competition so going all in on that.

I entered a very similar competition at our club night a couple of weeks ago, and was planning to brew it again so could enter it. Might be a foolish idea, given that Andy was one of the judges and I didn't place, but hey, I liked it
