Afternoon all. Great to have found you. Although I make chocolates for a living I have a querie for all you bright-spark home-brew buffs. Will post on the main forum.

I have made stout for my beloved before, dabble in liqueurs and the like, have made some decidedly deelicious scrumpy and lots of batches of vino.
