Took a bit longer than planned to get round to this one. In the meantime I've polished off all stocks of both wheat beers and the last ale I brewed. So plenty of empty bottles waiting to be refilled.
Had a very pleasant days brewing on Friday, didn't chill post boil then pitched my yeast yesterday evening. Its showing gentle signs of fermentation this morning with a good Krausen forming on top of the fermenter.

Original Gravity came in spot on at 1.050. Had a swig from the trial jar, chocolaty maltiness first, then the oats come in before a very bitter finish. Hopefully fermentation and conditioning will take care of that.
