Easy Blackberry and Apple wine recipe

Hi, i'm looking for an easy Blackberry and Apple wine recipe.
I'd like to make a large batch, 4 or 5 gallons maybe.
I have 6lb of Blackberry's so far. Going out after work each day until the weekend when i'm hoping to start brewing on Saturday.

The Blackberry's bushes have been hammered by the locals so i'm struggling to find large amounts.

This is the one that i am just doing, whether its any good or not i cant say, but it does say easy wine to do.

I have chucked in a bit more stuff in actual fact, i chucked in some sultanas and some ginger, pot luck is what i should call this brew. I hame its ok to put the link in, if its not, i apologize now.

Okay, i now have 11lb of Blackberrys, anyone know a recipe so i can stretch it to 5 gallons with apples?
I have 5 empty demis as of next week.
I'm a bit dim when it comes to understanding the ratio of fruit and sugar.
Any sugestions?
