11 kg Maris Otter

Nelson Sauvin 11.3% 60 mins 50g
EKG 5.7% 30 mins 70g
EKG 5.7% 10 mins 50g
Will definitely dry hop the kegs but i'm considering dry hopping the fv as well :)

Fermented with US-05

I haven't took pictures of a brewday for a while so i'll get the camera out tomorrow :thumb:
 
A T how many hops are you going to put in FV for dry hopping? Are you putting them in secondry or primary :wha:
 
I have two small tea balls for dry hopping, i'm not sure what they will hold but i'll fill one for each fv and add them maybe 3 days into fermentation :thumb:
 
Banged my head at the start of brewing today and had a splitting headache for most of the day :( somehow managed to come up 8L short as well but i did get 42l @ 1059 :) Now for a few pics

So how long does that lot take to get ready, and to clean down afterwards?

And I can't even begin to imagine what that lot's worth, Mrs. Mole would have apoplexy.
