It's about time someone had the b*lls to do this on a large scale. Medically proven and trials have shown this to work. Politicans have known that it works as a solution yet have always fallen short of implimenting it for fear of a public backlash. Pharmacologically it is not harmful in the least at medical grade, in fact 2 500mg paracetamol do much more damage to a persons health and are much more likely to die from it. If it was rolled out nationaly the h problem would disapear, although this is the only banned substance that would work using this method being safe at medical grade and all. Historically it was banned for the misuse by clinitians in Harley street, making money and dishing it out willy nilly and they couldn't use doctors to give it out for fear of reprisals and blackmail, threats etc to them, the reason for it being banned in the first place. So the poice controlling it is the perfect solution!
