Couple of queries. Are finings going to pull out a lot of the effects of my dry hoping? I heard that the yeast can pull the molecules down and thus a lot of the flavour gets left behing in the trub.
Does anyone have a view on this or indeed a method of timing?

also does anyone know how long finings (finings adjunct and allclear from murphys) will last in the fridge?
