Two things I'm curious about.

Why the flaked corn?
Are you adding gypsum because of your own water report or to Burtonise the water?

Also wondering why the corn - what does it add ? ( I have never used it )

If it were me I would also up the last 2 hop additions to around 60g, but that's just personal taste
 
Corn makes beer lighter and drier, in small amounts gives some soft sweet notes.
 
The recipe looks complex for a new by like myself but hope to give it a try soon, good to find someone else in drony that's brewing! I did find a link for a homebrew store on drony bottom but looks like I'm a few years too late

I think the Blonde style is a bit underrated, I've done a couple myself and was impressed, you just have to get your head round keeping the bitterness below 28IBU :shock:

btw your recipe guidance for an ESB with Progress turned out great, and will defo do again :cheers:
