Taken from the idea of a WOW I'd though I'd try out this: (although someone else might of thought it first :?: )

5l x red grape juice
3l x cherry juice
3l x cranberry juice
4108g sugar
1 tbsp yeast nutrient
1 tbsp general purpose yeast
3 x teabags stewed
5 tsp pectolase
5 tsp glycerine

total sugars in the juices are 1458g and i was aiming for 5566g (242/l) total so 5566-1458 = 4108 sugar to add

Has anyone done such flavours?
I have done a W orange/cranberry W before with a nice outcome

Sounds like it could be delicious :D if you mix some of the juice in a glass, in the ratios your recipe calls for, you can have a taste and see what you think of that combination. That being said it's difficult to know what fermenting will do to those flavours, but if it tastes good in the glass it should be tasty as a wine :thumb:

Also, cranberry and orange seems to have been my best wine so far too, gotta make it again for the MIL!

yes that sounds a good idea, ill do a taste test pre ferment,

I know where your comming from - my MIL drank me outta cranberry n orange wow also, i only got a taste when i was pouring a glass for her.

Need to up the quantities from 1G to 5G to get a look in

I've just started my first 5gallon batch of WOW variant, maybe this time I'll get to drink more than a glass of the batch :)
