Does anyone brew in this heat

I am hoping to do maybe one brew in each of July and August. Both Belgian, as I am reading "Brew like a Monk" at present.

Brewed today, hopefully fridge will bring it down from 25c before I pitch yeast and go to bed.
Might be last one for a while so I can use fridge to keep beers at serving temp for the summer rather than fermentation temperature.
Would like to get a small batch russian imperial stout on the go though, maybe tomorrow.

I need to get something done but concerned about pitching temp. I will have to check my incoming water and if it's suitable could get a wheat beer on as not bothered about pitching in mid 20's or so. Another possibility is turbo cider...just lash it all in the bucket..easy and very nice!

If use my immersion chiller rather than my CFC I feed it from a spare FV via gravity so I can chill the feed water using ice blocks if required.
The CFC will take it down to mains temp, usually about 20c or less in one pass.

I'm using Mangrove Jacks M47 Belgian Abbey. It can stand higher temperatures and I'm about to find out how it does in a pale ale with plenty of late hops. Can't wait to taste it!

This is the reason I love having an electric Burco boiler, extension lead and outside in the sun. Tanning the beer body whilst brewing. Love it.

As others say - chill as far as the IC gets it then into FV then the chamber until hits whatever temp it needs.

I was going to. But not now my fermentation fridge has packed up.

Had a look and it’s the condenser that’s died and there’s no going back from that. Might as well source a replacement as it will be cheaper.

Dam it!!

Dunno about brewing, I've only got to poke my nose out the back door to be instantly reduced to a slobbering wreck with frazzled retinas. Roll on October.

I’m planning to brew on Monday but I’ll probably do it in the evening when my garden is pretty cool.

I'll be doing kits to avoid having to slave over a hot stove.
I'm more worried about keeping fermentation temps down - my iceprobe is struggling at the moment and my current brew is at 22C. Luckily it's at the end of the brew so hopefully no off flavours.
Going to have to delay my next brew a week or change schedule and go Belgian.

I’m loving brewing outside at 9pm [emoji1303]

And I’m going to do a kveik now (change of plan after the fridge died) as it’s made for these temps [emoji1303]

Mine has packed up too, it's working like stink but can't get below 20. Bummer, will have to get on Gumtree to source a replacement.....
I'm not sure that fridges like the temp variations in my garage
