Do I need a pressure keg if I don't have enough bottles or can I use my second fV with tap please ?

You can use any pressure rated bottles including PET pop or water...so you could get plenty of pop in and drink it,or water..and tip it.
The best idea is to go buy a selection of beers you like the look of or haven't tried and save the bottles.

Yeah I suppose I could try that as I'll be 26 bottles short lol

What people here would do is:
Ferment in fv
siphon to fv with tap to leave sediment & add priming sugar - to batch prime.
Make sure the priming sugar is evenly distributed (I add it as syrup)
Then use tap to fill bottles easily & because you took it off the sediment, there are no problems when tilting the fv to get the last bottle

some people like taps - to help with bottling.
I have one fv with, one without.

After some trials of various combinations, I think I will do primary fermentation in bucket without tap & siphon & batch prime in one with tap.

Reasons:
1) can decant primary from sediment through siphon tube & strain hop flowers out in one hit, then I have no worry about tilting when doing the actual bottling

2) Better control over sanitation of the tap. If I had tap sat on primary FV for 2 weeks since brewing - its a bit of a pain to get it re-sanitized to my standards while the bucket is full. So I would rather do the sanitising of the tap just before the bottling.

Of course, this rule goes out the window when you have the need to have 2 batches on the go.

Take a visit to your local recycling centre and hang around the bottle bank for 30 minutes. You’ll go home with loads of beer bottles. Wash them etc when you get home. You’ll have enough for your brew.

If you want to bottle using the tap on a fermenting vessel, you'll need a bottling stick/wand. Using the tap alone will result in oxidisation of your beer. Also, there are pros and cons to transferring beer to a secondary fermenter. Pro: if you do use a secondary fermenter or bottling bucket, you don't have to measure priming sugar/solution into every bottle (though if you use a priming solution with a syringe this doesn't take too long) as you just add your priming solution and gently stir.

Con: every time beer comes into contact with something there's always a chance it could pick up an infection.
