Im wondering if it's OK to stabilise and degas my Wurzel while its still in the primary FV. I had always just assumed that it was best to rack it first then stabilise, degas fine. It would be much easier to just stabilise and degas in the Fv then leave to settle, rack, fine then filter/bottle.

You'll pick the slurry up off the bottom and need it to drop again, easier to rack then degas.

Loads of Youtube videos about this, especially liked the guy who duct taped an airlock to his vacuum cleaner.

That makes a change from the things I normally see on Youtube involving guys and vacuum cleaners.

What you choose to watch in the privacy of your own home is none of my business, even if its grown men cleaning carpets.
