Here's the recipe for my Black Sheepish ale - a not quite Black Sheep clone

BJCP Style 11A Ordinary Bitter

Batch size 19l
Est ABV 4.5%
OG 1.046
FG 1.012
IBU 31
EBC 17.9

Boil 90 Mins

3.02kg Marris Otter
0.36kg Crystal 118 EBC
0.30kg Torrified Wheat
0.02 kg Black Malt 1300 EBC
12.03g Green Bullet (12.5%) boil 90 min
5.66g East Kent Goldings (5.8%) boil 90 mins
5.66g Fuggles (5.9%) boil 90 mins
7.79g Fuggles (5.9%) boil 10 mins
Yeast - Nottingham

Mash at 66 C 1 hour
Mash out 78 C 10 mins

This was made in my 20l Braumeister. I mashed with about 20 litres and then sparged with 5l
 
Ok here's my recipe, I wasn't sure whether to start a 2020 thread in the complete and brewed recipes forum so feel free to copy there if that's a better place for it athumb..

BJCP style 8C. Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)

Batch size 20l
Est ABV 5%
OG 1.050
FG 1.011
IBU 35
EBC 15.7

4.5kg Maris Otter
200g Caramalt
200g Crystal 150EBC
200g Dextrine

Water was filtered tap water, treated with some CRS as our local water is high alkalinity

Mash at 67c for 1 hour

60min boil
50g EKG 60min (2017 T90 5.8%aa)
25g EKG 10min
25g EKG 1min

Fermented with Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale, pitched at 18c, then fermented at 19-20c.
