The Ale Taster 25 Russell street St Neots.

Enjoyed the beer and hospitality so much I asked him to up sticks and set up in Cardiff , which he politely declined.

Sounds great, I'll look into that area as we usually head towards Scotland at Easter.

Lytham and Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire. You can stay overnight in several car parks, one with emptying facilities. And there are The Craft House, Keg n Cask and The Hop Shoppe, plus a few other pubs/bars.

The Infant Hercules

A small pub in a converted shop. Four hand pumps with a good variety of beers from small breweries. One lager and one cider on kegs.
Friendly staff and customers. I was there on Saturday before Middlesbrough v Cardiff City. I was the only Cardiff fan in there but was made to feel welcome.
