No the car indicated after it set off, i am not a cyclist. if you are stopped at lights with no indicator on you would be going straight on

The light changes the car sets off 3 seconds after the light changes but before the corner the car indicates at 5 seconds the cycle enters the video and at 6 hits the car, if he had been riding at the correct speed he would have been able to stop as it says below "it is generally considered your fault as the driver behind is responsible for maintaining a safe distance and anticipating potential changes in traffic"

Its not UK, so it would be the same as turning left in this country, should have checked there was nothing on the inside.
I think it is time to stop defending bad driving, if i am stopped at lights and turning left or right my indicator is on to signal my intention
In this case I think the cyclist assumed the car would have made the right turn by the time he reached it. But it didn't so he hit it.
I'd agree with that, poor driving on both counts but i'd say the cyclist was at fault.
There are some really careful drivers who think the car will fall over if they go to fast
End of the day no one hurt, just a new boot lid a piece of glass and 45,000 pound for a stiff neck 
I think that was why the car stopped, they seen the bicycle so stopped? You see the same thing with cars pulling out or turning across motorcycles SMIDSY, if the car had just kept going then no accident just a near miss?

It think that’s the cyclists fault. Never go up the inside of a car at a junction or undertake a car at a junction. Just basic. Also he came in really hot and would have helped if he had brakes on his bike.
At the speed the cyclist was doing i doubt the driver would have been able to see them as i pointed out it was 5 seconds after the lights changed the cyclist came into view.

I'm sure the law(in the uk at least) would take the side of the bike not the car, your supposed to look for the bikes coming up the inside and give way even though in most sane places the car would have right of way, at the end of the day even if the bike has right of way they should have anticipated the car not seeing them etc etc...assuming everybody's an idiot can't drive does know the rules and is out to kill you is a good start
