I know I'm being overly precious about this, but someone has sprayed deodorant in the room in which my sloe and blackberry wine is fermenting nicely away under a towel. I find it difficult to believe that this one event will have any adverse effects on the final product, but I'm still quite annoyed that they did this without any consideration for the essentially open vessel of consumable produce in the room at the time. Has anyone got any thoughts on what the dangers of this could be to my must? At the very least it's not something you want in your drink! Would you be happy if someone did this whilst your must was undergoing primary fermentation?
