I know i'm a bit late to follow this trend, but lets see if I can start with an interesting post.

1Kg light dried malt extract (ldme)
2Kg dried wheat malt extract (dwe)
500g medium dried malt extract (mdme)
650g golden syrup(GS)
5 litres boiled chase spring, stir in GS
100 Amarillo - flameout for 30 mins
sieve through mesh into fv
add water to 10 litres then add the rest of the extract
top up to 20.5 litres
pitch rehydrated MJ M20 bavarian yeast at 26C
og = 1055

any ideas what I've made? :laugh8:

I reckon foxbat has it. American wheat.

Is this a recipe you've done before, or trying for the first time?
