Cygnet / Burco tap

Hi,

I see lots of threads on replacing the Cygnet tap, but had anyone found a way to attach a hose securely? I’m just using it for sparge water at the moment as moved away for biab to a G40.

I was thinking about drilling out the centre which is 11mm and putting a small piece of pipe in there or flattening the outside but wondering if other have done something similar.

I was trying to avoid that. I think I’ve managed a bodge with a piece of silicon hose pushed over the top. Seems to stay on…will just need to play!
