This is my second brew and seems to be progressing nicely. Just dry hopped @ day 11. Been sitting in the fermentation fridge at a very stable 18.5C. Just popped the side of the FV and slid the pellets in. Grabbed a sample via the bubbler bung hole and gravity is currently 1012, down from 1048. Tastes nice too. Going to gently raise the temp to around 20-21C over the next few days and then bottle next Monday/Tuesday.
The first brew (pilgrims hope) has been sitting in its bottles in the top of the fermentation fridge for 2 weeks tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll get those out and into a crate in the garage and let them cool down. Planing on trying my first attempt next weekend. Not expecting it to be perfect, as I understand the PH likes a little longer in the bottle, but would be rude not to try.
That will also give me an idea of the level of carbonation prior to bottling the Cwtch on Easter Monday.
