Hello,
I can build stainless steel equipment per your designs and ship it to your door at very competitive prices (don't hesitate to ask for a quotation).

More details at :

(the menu is the controller on the left)

Cheers
Emmanuel

that depends on what you order, basically I have 3 options for shipping depending on weight and size and i'm shipping everywhere so ... that's difficult to tell shipping costs for everything everywhere. Please tell me which item you'd like.

How about coils of 8mm or 6mm stainless steel tube of 330mm diameter and around 10m long with the ends bent through 90 degrees . . . a bit like this

or more preferably

I was thinking about getting a boiler fabricated, well three or four, all depends if its feasible. How much would it cost for a 25cm D x 65cm H, approx dimensions,

cheers

I dont have the fittings shown in the pic, but I could probably find some bronze connector fittings (or a combination of) and braze them to the pipes. For now, to give you an idea, one 10m coil (330mm diameter ) of 8mm copper pipe would cost 80 USD shipping included. cheers, Manu

These are quite cheap to make DIY style using copper - I think Aleman (and others) is (are) more interested in whether you can make them using stainless pipe instead of copper :hmm:

ah ok, I missed that, sorry. I'm not sure such diameter can work with our tube bender but i'll check (ss is much cheaper than copper here) and give you the min diameter. Is it ok if the 2 coils are welded together ?

It should not be a problem for this application since the bit where the two coils join is not in contact with the beer.

It would be interesting to also get a price for a single coil rather than the two coils - more people use the single coils althought they are probably not as efficient at cooling I would imagine.

I wouldn't be surprised if some HERMS users were interested in SS coils too :hmm:

I have also made enquiries about 30m single Coils from here in the UK . . . need to know what sort of minimum order qtys are etc first though

here are the prices for your boiler with lid :
a)custom made (25cm D x 65cm) thickness : 0,8 mm
201 stainless : 52 USD
304 stainless : 68 USD
shipping to UK (to your door): 51 USD

b)custom made (25cm D x 65cm) thickness: 1 mm
201 stainless : 61 USD
304 stainless : 80 USD
shipping to UK (to your door): 61 USD

c) ready made 301 SS vat (35cm diam x 35 cm height, 33 L )
49 USD
shipping to UK (to your door): 51 USD

For a 3 or 4 order the price without shipping is discounted 5%

Cheers,
Manu
EDITED: I did make a mistake in the shipping prices

Very good prices Manu

Are the pots extruded from one piece or welded sides and base Manu. If welded do you have a few pics of the weld areas for us to have a look at.

The reason I ask is that some Chinese manufacturers sell similar items and the welding isn't the best. Sometimes the welds are bubbled, sometimes they rust on immersion with water, some pots even have pin holes in them....not good.

the a and b are welded, c is extruded (or something like that). I don't have any welded vat under my hand to show the welds, but If I can guaranty the outside will be super smooth, I worry about welding and sanding properly the inside of a 650 mm deep and 250 mm large vat. If you require a perfectly smooth inside, then the ready made recipients (option c ) are better.

201 stainless pipe, 9.5mm diameter
-single 10 meter coil :
Price:
40 usd
UK shipping options:
*Small package (length+width+height < 90 cm, max 2 kg), the max height would be about 22 cm, that may be too short for the upward tubes :
16 usd

*Regular package :
26 usd

- as above plus an inner coil (inner coil 250mm diameter, pipe length about 8m)
price :
71 USD
Shipping UK :
41 USD.

Manu, what size can you coil 304 pipe in 9.5mm down to?
I'm looking to have a coil made with both open ends of the coil bent at a right angles away from the coil, similar to this
I would want the bottom of the coil the same as the top, not as shown

At a guess I would say the coil diameter is about 15mm, with the coil height about the same
Let me know if you think this is possible and I'll let you know the diameter of the coils and coil height.
