Crushed or Not

Just bought a large sack of Maris Otter. I ordered it crushed but doesn't specify on the sack (from castlefords) how can I tell if it is milled?

crushed is milled. The grains will be broken up.

Grains will be broken and there will be quite a bit of powder/dust!
If its from Fawcetts Maltsters in Castleford then it'll be crushed, that's where I get mine from!
