Can a regular beer tap from a pub be used with a corny keg? The corny keg taps seem to be priced around £40 for a tap which commects directly onto the black disconnect.

Iv seen propper pub ones on ebay for half of that though. They would be better for me as I dont want the corny 'on show', instead Id like it under the kitchen units and feed a pipe up to the work surface and have the pub tap unit on top. That would be cool

What would you need to make this work?

yeap thats how most folk do it. I use the cornie tap to test the beers and normal pub taps for general dispense

What is needed to do it mate? What do you need to make the connections to the keg, assuming it has a black disconnect already?
