Sort of. You need a shank that screws into the back of it and at the other end, you screw in a black disconnect. I just had a look on darkfarm.co.uk and it appears @Gareth Davies either doesn't sell them any more or is currently out of stock. I bought one off him for £25 about 18 months ago and its the dogs balls. Not sure if it came with a disconnect though. I see someone sent you a link to a similar product but it seems rather expensive at £56.
Its the price of the flow control tap that makes it more expensive I would imagine, you could go with 3/16 line off keg and mount a cheaper tap like the brass chrome one to get costs down on a pice of wood

His website says 3-4 days to process but then I think it's next day DPD, I ordered my tap kits last Wednesday so hopefully will get my order Tuesday or Wednesday but he's a one man band by the looks so could take longer, eBay orders came within the time limit.
What tap did you go for, I chose the SS intertap with flow control (a tad expensive, but nice) and using the original SS tap that I got with the kit that fits on the post as a second tap in the door (with shank etc).
Make sure you purge the oxygen out first (most forget) and then pressurise the corny, 30psi will do, then go with your plan of 12psi for a couple of weeks depending on what temperature you are leaving it at, yes leave it all connected and the C02 on as this will absorb into the beer and keep topping up.
