Me again, hope your all well and enjoying the fruits of your labour on the brewing, my cider really makes my legs wobble, right back onto the subject, if you read my other posts you will see I have just got back into home brewing and just swapped to Corny Kegs for my Kegerator Build and wow anyone thinking of tredding this well travelled path go for it, who thought a bit of gas would impreove my enjoyment of my brews so much really loving it.
I was warned that my keg habit could/would get out of control and Im already on planning buying more, so I intend to transfer straight from my FV to my keg to store and conditioion so a couple of questions:
1. How much PSI do I put it to to store ready for use?
2 How long will it last in this state?,
I know the longer I leave it it may lose flavour but to be honest that will probably never be a problem hear as all the lads I work with have seen my Kegerator build on Facebook and already want a session and BBQ once we can all come out to play.
Also fancy ago at pressure fermenting in a keg, so think I would need to buy another gas post as dont want to cut dip tubes and a float so it takes the beer from the top, anything I have missed?
