Please excuse my ignorance and lack of any understanding of anything engineering but id like to ask the following. Is it possible to drill a hole in a King keg Top Tap Lid and connect a Corny Keg Ball Lock Gas Post to enable me to pressurise the Keg using my Co2 tank? If so can I ask the size of hole I would need to drill in the lid to fit it? And would the Ball lock post and short dip tube be all i needed ?

Be careful when using a large gas bottle to pressurise king kegs/plastic barrels as it is too easy to put too much in and they have a low pressure threshold. I know that some have a pressure release valve but they will not release it quick enough if you are too zealous.
So yes is the answer but with care
