Cornucopia Raspberry Merlot Fruit Wine

Resolutely stuck at 1008. The vinometer reads 11% abv, which is pretty close to the limit for the bread yeast I had to use. Tastes ok but still rather more an alcoholic fruit cordial than wine. Not too dissimilar to Winebuddy merlot, in fact.

Interesting, certainly, but it has held up production of the standard stuff. However, exploring reserve bottles has come up with some pleasant surprises, so every cloud...

Finally put it in the polypin. It's clear and quite pleasant if you think of it as something other than wine.
