Good evening Brewers
I'am thinking off keging, a question or two
When I bottle I get the usual yeast etc in the bottle
If I get a Cornelius keg witch I believe pulls beer from the bottom
How do peaple do/handle the sediment in the keg
Any advice would be great

You get the same, yeast etc in the keg but this is generally gone within the first 1/2 to Pint, I usually clean my pipes at the same time so only ever lose 1/2 to a Pint, anything else is left in the keg when you empty it.

When the keg is empty I use Oxy to clean, flushing it through the pipes, posts etc, then before I fill the keg I sterilise and flush everything through using Videne (Iodine) I leave this in the pipes until I pull the first beer off, the first half flushes and cleans the pipes.

I wouldn't leave your lines soaking in Starsan. It leaves a soapy residue over time which is harmless but unwanted.
