corect me if im wrong but at a read of loads of posts i see people are useing bakeing yeast or bread yeast??? does this work the same as say a champs yeast ??

and ..
if i get a fruit of some sort and add sugar water yeast and let it forment there should be a drink there corect or complete load of rubish ..,.?

also looked on ebay they do beer kits cide kits so on .. whats in the kits??
is it every think need includeing the containers to put it in ?????

any light spreed on my madness would be great... cheers :cheers:

Yes thats correct, but there is a little bit more to it than that.

If its the starter kits then yes, you will basicly get everything you need. But if its just a just a beer kit then no.
 
how much are the starter kits ish as the one i saw that im on about was about 15 pound. so im gussesing thats just the brew as such.



so will breed yeast work or not or is it no good at all. just i got loads and loads in cupboard lol :hmm:
 
You might get away with using a baking yeast on a Turbo Cider, but not with anything worth drinking ;)
 
I've used baking yeast for ginger beer and it worked just fine. It was Allinson's, but their cans do say that while intended for bread making it is possible to use the yeast for home brewing.
