OMG! Just got home after a 12 hour shift and tried a pint of coopers real ale. Although still a bit cloudy it was a banging pint! The taste put an instant smile on my face. I made it on the 4th of October and barrelled it on the 10th using 80g of sugar for priming. Using the the calculation that came with the kit it works out at 5.3%! Looking forward to having a few more pints of that when I finish my night shift Friday morning. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Defiantly recommend this kit. :drink:

Started on 4th and barrelled on 10th - If you can leave it a bit longer it will have a chance to clear and 'may' ferment out a bit more :thumb: Glad you like it tho -

Cheers chaps, going to leave it now until Saturday, have another sample (pint) see what it's like. Got a few friends coming up Saturday night but will be drinking my Tom Caxton dark real ale that also turned out to be a cracking brew at around 4.5%. Loving this home brewing, wish I'd started years ago.
