Hey guys, big hello!

Just a question (I have only done a few kits from home before and not for a few years) I have got the Coopers Mexican Cerveza kit in the fermentation tub (the kit says about 4 days at 18-21) and was going to leave it a week as it seems to be the general advice. I was then going to bottle it with the coopers carb drops I have, but I do also have a keg (plastic cheap one) sitting about, do you think it would be beneficial to secondary ferment it in there for a bit then bottle it? If so should I add some more sugar to it? Or just bottle it as per the labels instructions?

Thanks for your help :)

I would just bottle to be honest, does your keg have a tap and a gas attachment bit?
if it does then you would usually add sugar to that and inject co2, and store and drink from there, if not then you are risking infection of the beer by transferring it to a keg, then bottling IMO. just bottle it, leave at room temp for 10 days then store in the cold. shimples ;)

Cerveza dont gas up to much even bottled, but i tastes much better very cold.
just bottle it.
nice on the 'warm' nights to come :drink:

Nice one, cheers guys i'll bottle it when its finished fermenting
Thanks for the advice :)
