I've gone though all the sally steps and bottled my ginger beer. It's been bottled for about 3 or 4 weeks and it's still very cloudy, any suggestions?

Thanks.

I'm not sure but isn't this supposed to be cloudy? Is there much sediment at the bottom of the bottles?

Sounds like it should be fine to drink. Haze does not usually effect on taste. In the future you can cold crash the beer for a day or two prior to bottling. Also adding gelatin a few days before the cold crash clears up the haze as well.

The coopers ginger should be cloudy almost milky.. it does settle bright after afew months but to be honest its supposed to be cloudy.
