Started my brewing my second kit last Tuesday, a Coopers Dark Ale. Added a bag of Muntons Beer Enhancer, readings of 1044 and 22C. Started bubbling away the next day and by the Thursday it went wild, foaming all through the air lock. By Friday it had calmed down a bit.

My question is that today, a week later I'm still getting the odd bubble coming through the airlock. Is this normal for it to be still fermenting a week later?

The brew itself looks lovely - can't wait to sample it! :D

May well be just about finished, but give it another couple of days to make sure and to let the yeast clean up a bit.
