Having started this brew at a low temp, approx 18 deg, I have now moved it to a warmer situation next to my Brewferm Christmas Ale, should I keep it at this location till fermentation is complete or move it back to the cooler location and leave it for longer.

I have done it again I have posted on the wrong board. I must learn to exit from the board I am reading before starting to post.

Sorry

Not sure why you have your Christmas Ale in a warm location. As close to the ideal 20 degrees as conditions will allow will see the best flavour development so your Cerveza will be fine where it is, although being fractionally below 20 degrees, it might take an extra day to ferment out.
BTW, I did a Cerveza last year hoping that it would be better than most homebrew lagers. It wasn't. It's fairly insipid stuff.

Ken L, I bottled the Cerveza last night and having tried a sample I have to agree with you. I only hope that the secondary fermentation in the bottle helps. Failing that, I may go through a lot of lime and lemonade while drinking it.

Thanfully a few weeks in the bottle has helped, it is now a very pleasant lager when properly chilled.
