This definately tasted better as it warmed up...so I think cool it in the fridge to get the beer to absorb the CO2, then take a bottle out an hour or so before drinking to get the best of the flavour :D IMHO it's a cross between traditional beer and a lager, more what the Canadians and Americans call "beer" (although they tend to cool it too much).
