Yes mate the tried the link you posted and tried BII W s idea of typing it in , but no joy , don’t understand it at all but c’est la vie , will see if the lads on coopers forum over the water could give me any sort of ideas. Cheers guys appreciate your efforts

Cheers guzzle that’s not the same link as mentioned above and I can get to that one you referred to and the recipes , the link that Bill W referred to is different and has 150 or so very detailed recipes which is really excellent . Cheers mate for trying

Had an out of date can of this up the loft, so went to Wilko: 1 pack light DME (500g) and 1 pack Wilko ale yeast purchased, along with10l bottled water from Morrisons.

Made up to 13l/14l or so. OG 1052 (26 degs), temp corrected to 1053. Pitched and closed up.

Plan to make a hop tea with 20g willamette and add before bottling.
